These terms cover the personal automation tools built and operated by Sam Schuemacher ("the App," "Atlas"). The App is a single-user personal project, not a commercial product or public service offered to others.
The App is built for, and used exclusively by, its owner. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other individual or organization.
The App is provided as-is, for personal use, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
The owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App, or these terms, at any time without notice, since it serves a single user.
